We are a small business with 7 staff and have recently employed the services of Empreus Support for our IT needs. The first problem Empreus tackled was linking our office laptops remotely to our printer. While on the surface this seemed like a simple problem, others have previously unsuccessfully succeeded to solve this issue and we have spent significant time on the manufacturer’s helpdesk phone line. Empreus was able to achieve the seemingly impossible, while offering other suggestions on our printer requirements moving forward. Empreus was also able to solve an email problem that had totally disabled the operation of our office. We were most impressed with Darko’s ability to explain the technical issues in a ‘user friendly’ manner, with good humor and patience. We will shortly be employing Empreus to overhaul our office IT setup and have recommended their services to others.
